The outsole of the Adidas Ultraboost 19 sneakers is made using Continental Rubber. This rubber compound is the same as what you might find in car tires. You will get an amazing amount of protection and superior durability while you are out and about. These shoes are going to give you a great amount of protection from more abrasive surfaces such as gravel roads or asphalt, keeping the soles of your shoes from wearing down too quickly.

The stick rubber compound combined with the stretchweb tread pattern and slightly protruding nubs will make sure that you get a phenomenal amount of traction on almost any surface. You should not have to worry about your feet slipping out from underneath you while you are out and about as your shoes will be able to hold quite the grip. You might not want to take these sneakers for a trek up a mountain or through a wooded trail, but they are going to be able to hold their own while running or walking on roads, dirt paths, or other such terrains.

The midsole of these sneakers uses Boost technology to ensure that you get an amazing amount of underfoot cushioning all day long. They full-length unit is made out up many TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) pellets that are fused together to make a single foam piece of foam that acts as a platform for you to stand on while you are wearing these shoes. The midsole is going to offer you an amazing amount of shock absorption while still giving you a little bounce that runners can appreciate. It is fantastic because as you are out and about and your feet hit the ground you can be assured that the foam is going to take in some of that shock impact and which will help prevent injury or discomfort to your joints.

The Boost midsole is also going to give you an impressively responsive ride which runners adore. When you are running and your feet hit the ground your foot will sink into the sole of your shoe. The foam midsole is going to try to quickly and efficiently bounce back into its original shape, propelling you forward into your next step. This is going to help you save a little bit of energy with each step you take that can then be used to help you run just a little bit faster and longer. You will love the spring in your step you will get while walking around in these sneakers.

The Adidas Ultraboost 19 shoes also feature an insole that gives you a little extra comfort on top of the already comfortable midsole. It has a smooth surface to give you a pleasant underfoot experience. This insole is removable so if it does not work for you or you need a little extra support then you can always take it out and replace it with one that best fits your specific needs.

The uppers of the Adidas Ultraboost 19 sneakers are made out of Primeknit 360 materials that are interwoven to give you a relatively clean look and a breathable unit. There are some additional overlays over the forefoot and midfoot section to give you a little extra support and security.

The breathable uppers are great because it ensures that you to get a decent amount of air flow into the foot chamber helping to keep you cool and dry, especially if you are out on a warm day or heading out for a long run. Since the air can flow freely into your shoes you will be able to stay nice and cool but that also means that any sweat from your feet will be able to evaporate quickly and efficiently and escape your shoes with ease, giving your feet a drier and healthier feel.

The Adidas Ultraboost 19 offers customers an amazing amount of comfort while they are wearing them. You will get an amazing underfoot experience thanks to the full-length Boost midsole which gives you a great deal of padding underfoot, ensuring that your feet stay happy, even after a long day on your feet. Even though most customers do not have to do this, these sneakers do have a removable insole so you can always change it out with something that will give you the comfort and support you require.

In addition to the underfoot cushioning, you are also going to get a roomy toe box to give you some wiggle room without sacrificing support and stability. The upper features a seamless construction with a textile liner helps keep your feet from rubbing uncomfortably against the shoes which can cause irritation and nasty blisters.

Customers do not seem to be too happy with the look of these sneakers. Most of that stems from the fact that they do not like the color schemes they have to choose from when purchasing them, stating that they are bland and kind of awkward. When you are ordering the Adidas Ultraboost 19 sneakers you can choose between black, grey six and grey four; chalk white, pale nude, and black; clear brown, white, and legend pink; raw indigo and shock red; or true pink and orchard tint. The color options are not terrible and they do not seem to stop a lot of customers from still purchasing them, but there are a decent amount of people out there that are just unhappy with the way that they look.

When it comes to your sneakers you are going to want to make sure that you find something that is going to last you a long time, you do not want to spend a large chunk of your hard earned money on a pair of shoes just to watch them fall apart shortly after purchasing them. In the case of the Adidas Ultraboost 19 sneakers, they have a hefty price tag so you would hope that they would be a good investment and last you a more than a few months. That being said, they are designed to last, you will not have to worry about premature wear and tear when it comes to these sneakers. Of course, the longevity of them is going to highly depend on how often you are wearing them and the activities you are participating in while you are. It is expected that if you are doing a lot of running on asphalt they might not last as long as if you were only wearing them occasionally while you were going out for a walk on an indoor track. Regardless, however, they are going to last you a decent amount of time and customers are satisfied with the life span of them.

Support is extremely important when it comes to your footwear of choice, but it is especially important when it comes to your running and fitness shoes. You want to make sure that your feet stay safe and supported while you are working out so you do not injure yourself or experience unnecessary discomfort. For the most part, the Adidas Ultraboost 19 shoes offer you a decent amount of support. Mostly in the way of the lacing system with the synthetic overlays. They will help keep your feet locked into place so that it limits the amount of sliding around in your shoes to help reduce the risk of you falling and hurting yourself.

One thing that customers did not like, however, is the fact that the walls of the shoes did not seem to hug their feet properly which can cause a little bit of wobbling inside of the shoes. This is not something that all customers experienced but it is worth keeping in mind when considering these sneakers.

As for arch support, they offer a moderate amount of support. If you have rather high arches there might not be enough for you and you may want to consider a replacement insole for added support.

When it comes to your shoes, especially ones that you are going to be running in, you want to try to find something that is as light as possible. You do not want to feel like you are carrying extra weights around on your feet which can potentially slow you down and hold you back. That being said, the Adidas Ultraboost 19 sneakers are still considered to be lightweight, however, they weigh just a tad bit higher than the average lightweight running shoe. Coming in at 10.9 ounces for the men's version and 9.5 ounces for the women's style. If you are going to be running long distances or racing and running for speed you might want to consider a much lighter pair of shoes.

The Adidas Ultraboost 19 sneakers are running pretty true to size, according to customers, so it is going to be easy when it comes time to order your shoes. You are going to want to make sure that they fit you snugly so you can take advantage of all the supportive features, but you do not want them to be too tight that they are going to pinch and squish your toes. If you are unsure as to what size you should order or you just want a second opinion on what you already know, you should check out a size chart. It is better to get the correct size the first time you order so you are not stuck with an ill-fitting pair of shoes or deal with the hassle of returning them and reordering.

When it comes to your running shoes you want to make sure that you find something that is going to move and bend with your feet. You do not want to have to feel like your movements are being restricted causing discomfort or possibly pain. That is not something that is going to be a problem with the Adidas Ultraboost 19 running shoes. They are going to allow you to move and flex your feet as naturally and freely as possible while still providing you with the protection and support that you require from them.

The outsole of the sneakers features slightly protruding notes along the bottom that are connected by grooves. Not only will this give you better traction but it will also encourage a high amount of flexibility while you are on the go.

Bottom Line

If you looking for a decent pair of running or fitness shoes that are perfect for cross-training then you might want to consider the Adidas Ultraboost 19 sneakers. They have an amazingly comfortable sole, but the thick and bouncy underfoot cushioning gives you a highly responsive ride with a decent amount of energy return, giving you a slight edge while you are running. They do not have the best color option and they have a steep price tag, but that does not deter customers from purchasing them and falling in love. Your feet will thank you at the end of a hard workout. These will be a great addition to your gym bag.
