WalkJogRun Training Diaries

Every member of the site now has a free training diary as part of your membership to help you track your progress. And don't forget, membership is free.

Adding Entries to your Training Diary

To get started find the route you ran and either click add to diary in the listing on the left or view the route on the map and hit add to diary on the right in the route actions panel, this way it pre-populates the distance for you but more importantly once you save it you'll associate your workout with that route. The fun part is that when you look at a saved workout you'll see all your past runs for this route listed and the course records from the top 3 WalkJogRun members who hold the records for that course.
