Resolution Run: A 5K Run/Walk Benefiting Brantwood Children's Home will be held at 8:30 a.m.on January 5, 2013 at Paterson Field. 100% of the proceeds go to benefit the, up to 36, children who call Brantwood their full-time home. This event is happy to offer chip timing, goodie bags, massages, warm-up and multiple awards categories.


Pre-Regisration will be available until January 2, 2013.

Pre-Registration Entry:

  • Runner/Walker $25.00
  • Virtual Runner* $25.00

*Virtual Runners can enjoy sleeping in on race-day and still support Brantwood Children's Home!

**All entry fees are non-refundable. Thank you for your charitable gift.


Partipants can register on the day of the race for an additional charge of $5.00.


Warm-Up/Stretch: CrossFit Montgomery will be providing the warm-up and strech at 8:10. Come join us!


Massages: Licensed Massage Therapists from Hands On Healing will be providing complimentary, post-run massages for walkers and runners after the finnish line.


T-Shirts: T-Shirts will be available to participatns who pre-register before December 21st. T-shirts will also be available to day-of registrants while supplies last.


The Course: The course was designed with the help of Montgomery MultiSport. The route will start at Patterson Field and take you through a scenic journey through the downtown Montgomery area. The race will conclude with a challenge to "conquer the hill" leading up to the finish line at Brantwood Children's Home. Water stations will be available.


The Cause: Since 1917 Brantwood Children's Home has been providing a safe, loving, structured home for abused, neglected or other at-risk youth from around Alabama. More than a program or a place to live, Brantwood is tryly a home for young people in desperate need. Bratnwood provides a place for the heart to heal and important relationships to blossom.
