Teva Elzada Review
In the past decade or so, experienced hikers have been gravitating toward doing ultralight backpacking; causing hiking sandals to gain popularity again. If you prefer hiking boots while on the trail, hiking sandals are fantastic for when you’re at the campsite, too. It will also help preserve your boots if you keep an alternative pair of shoes handy to minimize the amount of stress you’re putting on your boots. Trekking sandals are great for mild climates and tame trails, but don’t plan on using them for rough terrain. They will not protect you from cuts and scrapes and moisture because they do no cover your toes or heel. However, because they are so ventilated and quick drying, hiking sandals can be pretty useful for crossing a stream to avoid soggy boots and socks the rest of the day.
If you’re in the market for comfortable, trendy, functional hiking sandals, take the time to consider the Teva Elzada Sandal. With an adjustable fit, premium comfort, and casually chic design, these sandals can be worn for anything from a walk to the mailbox to a hike in the woods. Consumers who have foot problems, such as arthritis or injuries, praise the Elzada for impressively helping ease their pain and discomfort.

The uppers are crafted from a supple, rich leather to give you a luxurious look and feel. Plush microfiber topsheets on the footbed offer a beautifully soft feel under your feet. Under the microfiber are polyurethane drop-in footbeds that provide premium cushioning, help put a spring in your step, and feature a heel cup for additional support. Rubber outsoles offer much needed grip, support, slip resistance, and protection from stepping on rocks or other sharp objects. The adjustable ankle strap is a life-saver when you’re out on the trail and your feet swell; or if you have wide/narrow feet, or an injury, and need a sandal that’s going to accommodate your needs. You can also loosen the strap to make room for a pair of socks on chilly day/nights out on the trail (or on your walk to the mailbox). Built for women, this sandal is just as aesthetically pleasing as it is practical and functional.
The disadvantage of a rubber sole is that it does not have the ability to shape itself to your feet like a leather sole does. Even though the insole will indeed mold to your feet, the sole will not, causing discomfort from rigidity over an extended period of time.
First and foremost, if most of your foot isn’t enclosed in a shoe-that means that you won’t have to spend any time trapped in a sweaty, hot, stinky shoe.
The upper being made from real leather will protect your feet from irritation due to rubbing. It will protect your feet from building up sweat where the straps lay, because it is moisture-wicking; keeping your feet dry and cool.
The cushioned insole protects not only your feet, but your legs and back as well. The insole provides support and comfort, which will work together to help your legs relax, causing the rest of your body to relax more too. The cushioning will protect you from pain and discomfort and fatigue from walking.
The rubber outsole protects your feet from rocks and other debris that could pierce or harm the soles of your feet.
