It will not slip and fall down your arms, thanks to the comfort-grip materials. The band will stay firmly in place, no slipping during your workouts.

The Maxboost Armband has the standard design that you would expect from a typical running armband. It has a strap that wraps around your upper arm, giving you a snug and secure holder for your cell phone. There is a clear pouch on it that will fit your cell phone, allowing you to take it with you with ease.

The transparent cover is great because it will allow you to use your phone while still in the case. You will even have full access to your device's touchscreen without having to take it out of the armband. Whether you are trying to send a quick text, control your music, or track your fitness, you will have the ability to do so with ease.

The Maxboost Armband also features cutouts in the design to allow you access to your phone's headphone and charging port. You can listen to your music, even if you aren't using Bluetooth headphones. You can pop the cord into one of the cutouts and connect your earbuds with ease.

The band also has a little compartment integrated into the strap. It's a great place to stick a key, allowing you to bring along your house or car key if needed. You won't have to throw it in your pocket and risk losing it while you're on the go.

When purchasing the Maxboost Armband, you can choose from a couple of different color options and two different sizes (depending on your phone's size). Regardless of what size best suits you, you can choose between black, mint or pink.

Maxboost uses premium materials in the construction of their armband. They use stretch resistant neoprene to give you a comfortable and durable experience. You don't have to worry about the materials stretching out and becoming unusable. It can flex, bend, twist, and move around, all without warping, allowing you to keep the shape for quite a while.

The use of neoprene helps keep your phone protected from sweat and moisture while you're out and about. Your sweat will not soak into the armband and enter the pocket housing your phone, keeping it safe and dry. You will also get a little protection if it starts to rain while you’re out. Keep in mind that this is not entirely waterproof. It does have cutouts for your headphones, so water can get into it. It keeps you safe from your sweat, but you shouldn't submerge it.

Customers can agree that the Maxboost Armband is comfortable. It has an adjustable strap for the perfect fit. Additionally, it has a rubbery texture so it will be able to grip firmly onto your skin. You can be sure that your armband will stay in place on your arm. It can be frustrating when it keeps sliding down while you're in the middle of a workout. It's nice knowing that it will be a non-issue with this product.

The materials are soft enough that it feels excellent along your skin. It has an adjustable velcro strap so you can get a snug fit that works best for your arm size. It won't rub or chafe, irritating your skin.

When you're going to the gym or for a run, you want to be as comfortable as possible. You shouldn't have to worry about your armband causing you pain or discomfort, thankfully, that isn't going to happen with the Maxboost Armband.

The Maxboost Armband has an adjustable arm strap to allow for a personalized fit for optimal comfort. There are two flexible slots in the design to help you choose the one for the best fit.

Slot A is excellent for those with bigger arms, fitting arms that measure between 12 and 14 inches. If you have smaller arms, you will want to use slot B. It is ideal for those with arms between 8 and11.5 inches.

The Maxboost Armband uses a hook and loop closure so you can adjust your armband accordingly. You want to make sure that it's tight enough that it won't keep sliding down your arm mid-workout. It can get annoying if you have to keep tugging the armband up because it isn't tight enough.

On the other hand, you don't want it to be too tight. If you strap the band around your arm too snuggly, it is going to cause some discomfort. This tends to cause uncomfortable rubbing and skin irritation.

You want to make sure that it is just tight enough to stay in place without digging into your skin.

Customers use the Maxboost Armband for a plethora of activities. The intended purpose was for those who like to get up and go. If you lead an active lifestyle, then this product is for you. You can bring your phone with you while you workout without having to shove it in your pocket or your gym bag.

The most common use is for those who get out and run. It will let you bring your music along with you to keep you company. The sweat-resistant materials keep your phone dry, even during your sweatiest workouts. There are also slots that you can use to access your devices headphone jack while it's residing in the armband.

You are not restricted to use in the gym or outdoor adventures, however. Some consumers love wearing an armband like this while cleaning or doing yard work. It will allow them to get their hands dirty while still having access to their phones. It will protect the device from the sweat and dirt while you're busting your butt.

The Maxboost Armband is a standard armband and as such doesn't have a lot of extravagant features. There are a couple that you can take advantage of, but nothing that makes it stand out above the rest.

It is touchscreen compatible, which is relatively common among sports bands. The transparent screen cover will still allow you to use your devices screen so you can access it when you need to. There is no need to take it out of the band. Keep in mind; however, a fingerprint sensor will not work with this band as it won't be able to read the print.

The Maxboost Armband does have a water-resistant design, helping keep your device safe and dry. It isn't waterproof, so don't try to submerge it. It will keep it protected from your sweat and light rain while you're out and about.

There's a small compartment located on the band that is perfect for storing a house or car key. You can toss your key in this little compartment, so you don't have to keep it in your pocket and risk losing it. If you are looking for something with more storage you may want to consider a different option.

One useful feature you will find with the Maxboost Armband is that it does have a rubberized grip to help keep the band in place on your arm. It helps keep it secure, so you don't have to worry about pulling it up while you're in the middle of your workout.

When you are trusting a product to hold your expensive cell phone, you want to make sure that it is going to be up for the task. You don't want to fall apart on you prematurely. That is not something that you will have to deal with when it comes to the Maxboost Armband.

The high-quality materials ensure that it will not rip or tear easily, keeping it intact for quite a while. The hook and loop closure is secure enough, so you know that it will stay on your arm, even during your most vigorous workouts. The band has an anti-stretch design so you won't stretch out and loosen up after time.

The Maxboost Armband will be a part of your workout gear for quite a while, no need to replace it any time soon.

You want to make sure that you are washing it regularly, so it won't start to stink while you're wearing it. As you are wearing the Maxboost Armband, it will be sitting in your sweat and can start to get dirty. If you are heading outside with it, then the band will most likely begin to get messy as you're on your adventure.

When the touchscreen gets dirty, reviewers noted that it would stop working as accurately. It is just one more reason you will want to make sure you are keeping it clean and fresh.

Some consumers have commented that it can be challenging to get clean. You aren't going to want to throw it in the washer, as it can speed up the wear and tear process. You should consider hand washing the armband and letting it air dry.

The Maxboost Armband has a reasonably good price tag. It runs about low to mid-range when compared to similar products. Considering this one is relatively basic with minimal features, you would expect a lower cost.

The band is durable, however, so it turns out to be a pretty decent value. You aren't going to have to spend the money again for a while to replace the Maxboost Armband.

The Maxboost Armband comes in a couple of different sizes so it can accommodate a wider variety of phones. You can get either the Original or the Original + depending on the size of your phone.

The Original armband is perfect for those with smaller cell phones. The list of phones that are compatible with this band includes iPhone X, 8, 7, 6, 6s, SE, Galaxy S9, S8, or S7. It will also easily carry other brands of phones, as long as it has a screen size smaller than 5-inches (diagonally). Some of the smaller devices can even fit easily with slim cases for extra protection.

The Original + can easily hold most larger phones on the market. It is ideal for the iPhone Plus or the Galaxy S Plus phones. It's suitable for phones with a screen size of up to 5.5 inches but can handle a device with a diagonal measurement of 6.75-inches. This means that you should easily be able to fit in a phone with an Otterbox or LifeProof case.

Something to note about using the Maxboost Armband is that it isn't compatible with fingerprint sensors. The protective screen will allow you to access your phone still, but it renders the fingerprint sensor useless. It is only compatible with solid-state home buttons. It is, however, compatible with a lightning headphone port, so if you use a newer iPhone, you are in luck.

Bottom Line

If you love getting out of the house but hate throwing your phone in your pocket, the Maxboost Armband is perfect for you. Designed for those with an active lifestyle, this band will allow you to keep your phone within arms reach while getting your workouts in.

There are two different sizes, allowing you to use just about any cell phone with ease. Whether you have a standard size device or one of the larger, Plus size phones, this running band can work for you.
