BZees Electric Review
Bzees’s shoes have a very unique look. They’re easy to spot in a crowd. Their distinct outsole makes them really interesting and appealing. But the comfort that they offer is even more appealing than the stylish nature of the design.
Owned by Caleres, BZees is just one of the many retail companies under the wings of the famous footwear company. And what makes them so unique and easy to spot? Well, the design of the shoe plays a huge role in the recognition and identification of BZees merchandise. But one can’t forget about the very special technologies, the interesting choice of fabric and the additions to the manufacturing process that complete the look.
Oh, and what’s the best thing about the BZees shoes? Well, the fact that you can wash them in your regular washing machine. That’s right. While other types of shoes require special care, and cleaning supplies, the BZees shoes are low maintenance. All you have to do is pop them in the washing machine and they’ll be fantastic again. As good as new again. No damage, no ripping and no falling apart. The shoes will stay intact even after the wash cycle. Neat right?
But for now, let’s focus on the BZees Electric pump. What are the pros and cons of this particular model? Find out in the review below.

Outsole
From what the customer comment section said about the walking with the outsole is the very honest comparison to walking on a pillowy soft cloud. The air bubbles that come with the air-infusion are making tinny pockets of air, while the low density of the outsole helps them to maintain the shape and the consistency. And let’s not forget about the second amazing feature in the outsole. The presence of the unique Comfort Cone style of gel. The official Bzees page says that the gel gives the shoes their ahhhh factor, and for good reason. The gel is located in the heel area, and its main purpose is to absorb the shock from the heel. By having the shock absorption feature down to a T, the gel also deals with the cushioning in the heel, and with adding an extra layer of comfort and stability.
Oh and speaking of that heel, it's 2 and a half inches high, chunky and amazing. There’s plenty of room in the heel structure for the gel to do its thing and to allow protection all around the shoe.
Midsole
The footbed is also located in the midsole as well. Two amazing things need to be mentioned bout the footbed in the Electric model. First, it’s removable. Yes, that’s right. The footbed in this particular model is optional and you can easily replace with some other footbed of your choosing, or omit it altogether. It’s all up to you. But let us first explain what type of footbed you’ll be getting with this particular model. It’s a Free Foam type of footbed, and according to the company’s explanation, it’s the best way to rest your feet. It’s the shoe equivalent of an actual bed, and since your entire body needs a bed to rest and recharge why not used a footbed that can do the same to your feet?
Oh and the last amazing thing in the midsole area is the OdoBan technology. No, this particular technology isn’t directed and focused on the comfort or the balance of the shoes. No, this specific technology is intended to provide you with odor free shoes, and it does a fine job at that. The odor control is done with the help of the midsole, where this particular technology is applied and you can say goodbye to the smelly stinky feet. They’ll be a thing of the past.
Upper
The stretched fabric allows plenty of movement, flexibility in the upper, and the SILVADUR lining underneath the upper eliminates any hazardous bacteria that could be found in the shoe. So, the Electric model will not only leave your feet odor-free it will also make them bacteria-free. If you take a good look at the ankle, you’ll notice that ankle area of the shoe is padded as well, with the SuperPuff padding, while the toe area sports a nice round toe type of silhouette. It’s well equipped to make room for all of your toes without the fear of potential cramming, blistering and causing pain.
And last but certainly but not least, there’s a decorative strap on the shoe’s vamp. It’s a mix of elastic stretchy thread and intricate plastic detailing. It’s the sporting equivalent of an elegant bow. It doesn’t have to be there, but the upper looks better with the strap on than without it.
Comfort
All of them allow the comfort to be present all the time, but the small stuff really ads volumes to the comfort as well. Small stuff like the round toe style of silhouette and the fabric used in the upper. When your feet have plenty of room to move and not to feel restricted, you’d better believe that they’ll be comfortable in this shoe. As will the entire foot.
