Now you can be just like Adam by winning a Garmin Forerunner 305 watch. It's a GPS receiver with a heart rate monitor, and it also provides precise speed, distance and pace data. To paraphrase Adam, he uses it and loves it for tracking his runs.

The competition is quite simple and goes like this: Beginning at 10 a.m. CST on Wednesday, July 29 and ending at 12 p.m. CST on Friday, July 31, use the new "share" feature to share a route with your friends on Twitter and Facebook.

You can share multiple routes but ultimately each person will only be considered once. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries and announced on Twitter and Facebook on Monday, August 3 at 10 a.m. CST.
