A mostly flat 10 k. Wind generally against you on return. Along by the sea.
Sheshet Ha'Yamin, Ring Road, Runway, Mall, Imax Road
Run. Not so pretty, but fine early in the morning
Sheshet Ha'Yamin, Cemetary, Wadi Shaharmon
Flat warm-up for about 10 mins then uphill for a while, then undulating. Last section gently downhill.
