In the latest release of our iPhone app, we've teamed up with Coach Jenny Hadfield from Runners World to provide a series of 23 training plans for new to seasoned walkers and runners. Whether you've never run before or on your 10th marathon, these plans will help you achieve your goals and get fit. Plans range from $.99 US for 5k
and 10k, up to $9.99 US for full marathon. The plans are a one-time purchase and are yours to keep and reuse as long as you need them.
- 5k, 10k, Half Marathon and Full Marathon training plans with Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels for each distance
- An absolute beginner plan "Run your First 5k" for those of you still recovering from the holidays!
- Daily alerts with that day's training goal to help you stay on track.
Each day during your training, you'll get a notification or if you're in a hurry just glance at the App Icon to see how many minutes or miles you need to Walk, Jog or Run.
