Forder Valley run
Downhill till you hit forder valley hill, try to get there as quickly as you can, then on the run up the hill sprint in intervals between lamposts. At the top your legs will be on fire and your lungs will feel like bursting, but then theres a gentle flat and the finish. Just keep going
Thigh burner
Nice long flats, a few long hills.. shouldnt need to stop.. maybe throw in some sprints
