Jiangsu Uni
Run around the campus. 4pm. Hot weather, dusty. Should drink more water.
Track
Averaged out pace over a mile (4 laps - 1:32:05) 3 pre-warm up laps. Next will be 6 miles averaged out. Confident about maintaining pace. Will get pedometer working soon
5.6km
Trying to improve my short distance running. Keeping a high pace. I need a pedometer though for accurate times.
Run -Part of the Rathmines to Kippure Route
This is a run to Cruagh woods and then over to Tibradden and down by Whitechurch road. I pulled my knee on Tibradden and and a pretty agonising run home. One step closer to Kippure. I felt pretty good coming into Rathmines though. I was expecting to feel worse (Except for the knee)... I'm happy with my pace and not pushing too hard being worn out half way through.
Ardglass Golf course (x2)
Twice around the golf course, very windy and wet day so no golfers. Nice to run on the grass. And lots of sea air. So that's roughly 1 hour for two loops.
Rathmines to Tibradden Loop
Run 05/12/12: I'm building up for a 51km run through the Dublin Mountains which I will complete before my 26th birthday (January). There is a lot of hills, but it is more my breathing (As usual) that I have difficulty in. I tried to take a very easy pace for this run. I find, you still feel knackered at the 25km mark regardless. I'll try skipping and sprints to improve my breathing. I can do this...
Kippure, return via Tickknock
Haven't ran this yet... But thinking about it
Ticknock Loop
Run: Hit something of a wall around the 23km mark. Found myself coming around when I was running down Leinster Rd. Very wet day. Wore vibrams (Of course I wear them all the time now)
