4 weeks to London Marathon (2-3 miles)
Designed as a training run leading into the London Marathon. Test your speed in this quick 2-3 mile route which can be completed as part of your interval training by taking a 2-3 minute rest break after each mile or lap.
4 weeks to London Marathon (12 mile)
Designed as a Long Slow Distance run in the final 4 weeks before London Marathon. Follows part of the 2010 London Marathon course from mile 19 to 25.
4 weeks to London Marathon (7-8 miles)
Designed as a 7-8 mile training run leading into the final 4 weeks before London Marathon. This route takes in the 2010 London Marathon course from mile 14 to 22, which loops in and around Canary Wharf.

A 16-18 mile training run ideal for the Long Slow Distance run leading up to a marathon.
