The Rail Trail to the Footbridge 5k is a race run our our newly renovated and complete rail trail. The Border Riders Snowmobile Club along with Town and Village Officials and Telescope Casual Furniture have put many hours into this trail. This year we will also offer a 1k kids fun run immediately following the 5k. School age children are welcome to remain at the Slate Valley Museum with Museum volunteers during the 5k.
This event is a trail race/fun walk suitable for all ability levels. There is very little elevation change and is held on a well maintained recreation trail. This is the third year and we expect upwards of 100+ participants. We hope you will be one of them!!
