The 1st annual Midland River Run will be held in conjunction with the Riverdays festival. This great event will help support the Midland County Emergency Food Pantry and the Midland Jaycees.
The 2012 course is a beautiful route that winds across the Tridge, past the St. Charles ball diamonds and down a river trail circiling back to the Tridge. It is NOT paved, and is a wilderness trail. The course is well marked, and there will be volunteers to direct you.
Online registration has now closed. You can still register for the race on Thursday, July 19th from 4-7 p.m. at the Midland Jaycees Fitness Fair. The Fitness Fair will be held at the Midland Resort (old Holiday Inn) Convention Center. You can also register the day of the race. T-shirts are still available.
Parking is available in the downtown area for a map of parking lots go to http://downtownmidland.com/Parking.php

Non-Perishable Food Drive
The Midland Jaycees will be collecting non-perishable food donations for the Midland County Emergency Food Pantry Network at the race. We will have collection bins at the Fitness Fair, and at the race. Some suggested items are cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other house hold items. See www.midlandriverrun.com for more information.
