The Love Your Body race was created by
Wasatch Woman magazine for women who care
about their health, fitness, community, friends,
and families. By treating
yourself well, you're able to achieve your personal
best and be an inspiration to others. Be part
of the largest woman-only run in Utah.
Register early! Registration will go up $5 (for both the 6K and 10K after September 25. Runners & walkers are welcome! Strollers are welcome, too. Women only.
Here's what one participant had to say about last year’s event:
"This was one of the most inspiring things I've done in my life. I cried the last half-mile, finding it absolutely unbelievable that I could not only run 6 miles without ever walking a step... but that I could do it with those hills."
- B. L Trowe I
We hope you’ll find whatever reason you need to decide to do something good for your body and join us this year. Get your girlfriends together and run with us.

T-Shirt - Women Specific Design
Please note: WOMEN SPECIFIC SIZING S-XL are women's shirts, so they are fitted. In order to give you the best fit, please review the measurements for shirt sizes BEFORE selecting your size. The measurement is around the fullest part of the chest. S: 32-34in.
Sizes XXL-3XL are UNISEX shirts and fit much looser.
PLEASE take your measurements into consideration before selecting your t-shirt size.
We love babies! Jogging strollers are allowed on this course. The course does have approximately 200 yards of dirt, so make sure your stroller (and baby) can handle that kind of terrain. As always, make sure your baby is buckled in securely. They'll have a bumpy ride during that small stretch of the course.
