GLOW 4 Goal is a 5K Run & Walk that benefits the American Cancer Society and Relay For Life of Belmont County. GLOW is different because the race takes place at night and participants light up the course with glow in the dark t-shirts, and wrist bands and participants are treated to a post-race party with food, a DJ, and raffles and prizes.
