This event is overseen by the Ashland Parks and Recreation Department and is a fundraiser for the Ashland and Phoenix High School cross country teams. The start and finish line for both the 10K (6.2 mile) and 2 mile is located at Third and Main Streets, near the Ashland Public Library. The 10K (6.2 mile) course is on a closed roadway, scenic and includes the Bear Creek Greenway All miles are marked and water is available at aid stations throughout the course. NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION!
Both Races will begin at 7:47am. No registrations will be accepted the morning of the race. Age division race. Top 3 finishers in the 10K (6.2 mile) receive wall plaques. All finishers recieve a ribbon. All race participants are eligible for the random prize drawing with submission of race number. The Awards Ceremony will be held at 12:30pm at the Ashland Public Library on July 4th. Historical Race information is available at www.ashland.or.us/julyrun
