5K Fun Run/Walk along the beautiful Huntington Beach Coast. Runners will take off from the parking lot at Beach Blvd./PCH and proceed North, past the Pier and back again. Pancake breakfast served by HB Firefighters begins at 8:30 a.m. and is open to the public. Breakfast is $5 per person, NOT included in Run registration.
In 2005, the city of Huntington Beach adopted the 3rd Battalion/1st Marines out of Camp Pendleton, CA. The Huntington Beach 3/1 Marines Foundation was formed in 2006 to oversee all projects, programs and activities in support of the Marines, Sailors and Families of the "Thundering Third."

PRE-REGISTRATION PACKETS PICK UP
Pick up your bib numbers, shirts and other goodies on Friday, March 9, 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., First Christian Church, 1207 Main Street, Huntington Beach 92648 (corner of Main/17th) MATERIALS MAY BE PICKED UP ON RACE DAY AT THE REGISTRATION BOOTH BETWEEN 7:00 A.M. AND 8:00 A.M. Same Day Registration: $60.
WELCOME, MARINES!
Although the 3/1 Battalion will still be deployed on the date of the Run, we will be welcoming our remain behind team and other representatives from our attached units and regiment, who will run Cadence under the leadership of our own Capt. Jones. Run" and will proceed from Start line to Pier Plaza and back.
BRING YOUR CARDS AND LETTERS!
We will be sending DVDs of the day's events to our battalion and invite all runners, walkers and the general public to bring cards and letters to be included.
PANCAKE BREAKFAST!
The Huntington Beach Firefighters Association will be on site cooking up their famous Pancake Breakfast - including pancakes, eggs, juice, coffee, sausage and bacon, fruit, bagels, etc. - all for only $5 per person! 100% of proceeds go to the Huntington Beach 3/1 Marines Foundation. Open to the Public! 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

SAME DAY REGISTRATION
You may register on site between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. at the Registration booth. Same day registration: $60
VENDORS
A limited amount of space will be available for vendors offering goods and services - no sales! Cost is $100 per 10x10 space. Set up must be completed between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. and vendors must supply all necessary canopies, tables, chairs, etc. Sorry, there is no electricity available.
