Flat Course, FAST TIMES! This U.S.A. Track and Field sanctioned run begins at 9:00 am at 950 South Oyster Bay Road in Hicksville. The race continues through the streets of Hicksville and Bethpage. Open to participants 12 years of age and older.
Central Nassau’s 5K Runday event is part of the Long Island Grand Prix series of running events.
This charity run raises funds to assist individuals and families struggling with substance abuse or mental health issues!

All Runday participants receive a commemorative t-shirt, free refreshments, computerized finish times and an opportunity to win one of twenty-three awards, trophies and/or certificates. A variety of raffles prizes including numerous sports and fitness related prizes add to the excitement of this annual fundraising event that benefits the many programs of Central Nassau Guidance and Counseling Services.
