The XTERRA Freedom Fest is an epic off-road weekend scheduled for 7-8 July 2012 on the Hawaiian Island of Oahu. For the fourth year we will be celebrating Independence Weekend at Kualoa Ranch in an effort to raise money for charity, celebrate good health, cheer on freedom, and challenge our bodies. Event consist of running, walking, mountain biking, swimming, and triathlon. Live music and BBQ each afternoon. Come out and LIVE MORE!
Entry Fees: $45 for 10K Trail Run/Adveture Walk (SAT 0800), $45 for 20K and 40K mountain bike race (SAT 1300), $100 for XTERRA Triathlon (SUN 1000), $55 per member of a triathlon relay team (SUN 1000), $35 for the 800M swim race (SUN 1000), $10 per day for BBQ/Concert Ticket for non-racer, $20 for volunteers camping. Racers receive free BBQ on the day of their event only. Entry fee includes: event t-shirt, personalized timing card, swim cap for swimmers and triathletes, BBQ, and live music. Awards: Top 3 overall and in each age group. Age group winners in the triathlon will be awards a slot to the XTERRA World Championships. Slots will roll down. You must be present to receive award. DIVISIONS: MALE & FEMALE CHALLENGED ATHLETE UNDER 15, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+(F), 65-69(M), 70+(M) BASED ON AGE 12/31/2012. TRIATHLON ONLY, NO SLOT FOR UNDER 15 AND $10 REFUND WITH USAT. T-shirts ONLY for competitors entered by 5 June 2012. Deadline: Mail in and active entries must be received by 27 June. Late entries after 5 June will be an additional $10. It is VERY unlikely that we will have t-shirts for late entries, so sign up today! Race day entry will be 1.5 hours before race start. VOLUNTEERS: We love volunteers and will have a free shirt and BBQ for those registered volunteers donating their time to help us put on this fantastic event.
