Each ride will be fully supported by Well-Fit Triathlon and Training with plenty of food and water, as well as mechanical support and logistical aids to keep you on course. In addition, Well-Fit coaches will join participants in pace groups from beginner to advanced, so you can enjoy the ride with fellow riders. The rides will have two pace groups, group A will ride at 18-20 mph and group B will ride at 15-17mph
