For many, the swim is the most challenging part of a triathlon, but it doesn't have to be. The swim is the shortest part of a tri and with proper form and technique anyone can finish the swim feeling strong, relaxed and energized. The goal of this 90-minute clinic is to improve your body position in the water to reduce drag and improve your stroke and breathing technique. This clinic is designed for triathletes with basic swimming skills.
