Swim farther, easier, enjoy it more. Traditional endurance training prescribes laps and more laps. It's a grind, in body and mind. Smart endurance training brings steady measurable progress, energizes rather than exhausts and trains your brain, not just your muscles. SCHEDULE: (subject to minor revision)?** SUNDAY: ? 8:15 – Classroom - Check-in, administrative items 8:30 – 9:45?- Classroom - Orientation and beginning foundational instruction 10:00-12:00 – Pool – Initial video session and group instruction 12:00 - 1:30 – Classroom - Lunch (Please bring bag lunch/snacks) and review of video and introduction of afternoon pool session 1:30 – 3:00 – Pool – Group Instruction in the pool?and video #2 3:15 – 4:00** – Classroom – Review of video #2 and instruction 12:00 – 2:00 - Pool - Group instruction in the pool and 4th underwater videotaping 2:00 - 3:00** Classroom - Review of video #4 and Wrap-up
