Take on the Heat Sprint Triathlon will benefit The Colony Firefighter's Association. It will be a 350 meter lake swim - 12 mile bike - 5k run.

USAT Sanctioning
This is a sanctioned event. You will be required to present your driver's license AND your USAT membership card or purchase a one-day license ($10.00). You are the only person who can receive your packet. If you do not have a current USAT membership but would like to purchase one, please go to www.usatriathlon.org and apply for membership. If you forget your membership card you will have to pay the one-day fee of $10.00 - no exceptions.
The Challenge
Special Challenge to Firefighters, Police, and EMT. If you are a policeman, firefighter or EMT, we have a special awards category. We will go 3 deep male and female and the department with the most participants will also receive a special award. Come see who the best of the best is!
Awards
Top 3 Overall for male/female, Overall Masters male/female, 3 Deep - age group, Athena / Clydesdale, Challenge Top 3 Overall male/female , Challenge - Participation award
Benefitting
The event proceeds will go to The Colony Firefirghters Association.
Timing
This will be a Champion Chip timed event. Timing services provided by Run-Far.
