Summer Run Group is geared towards the 1/2 marathon, and 5K distances (specifically, AFC 1/2 and 5K Training), for all levels of runners, from Beginner to Boston Marathoner. The Summer Group balances great fitness and summertime fun to offer an unequaled running experience.

Summer Run Group is a 10 week program featuring aspects to improve your running, such as form work, speed work, endurance runs, and motivational events. The group is coached by Jim O’Hara, who has been coaching runners for over a decade, is a 3x All American, and 3x member of the Team USA. First meeting will be Saturday, June 16th at Movin Shoes, located at 897 S Coast Hwy 101, in Encinitas at 7:30am. Sign-up is available at the 1st run.
