We have something for everyone!! This event will take place over 3 different days. The first day, June 9th, will include a 5K Run/Walk, Kid's 1 Mile Fun Run and part one of the International Multi Stage Half Iron Triathlon, a half marathon. The second day, July 14th, will be part two of the tri, which is a 1.2 mile Swim in Rock Lake. The third day, August 4th, will include the final leg of the triathlon, a 56 mile bike around Lake Mills, Waterloo and Jefferson County. This day we will also be offering a 28 mile Fun Ride for those who do not want to compete in the triathlon. Following these events there will be a big celebration for all of those that competed in the triathlon at the Rock Lake Activity Center. Thanks for supporting the Rock Lake Activity Center! :) There will be no refunds, all purchases are final.
