This series of 3 pool sessions will give you an opportunity to safely transition into open water in the pool to prepare you for open water sessions under the watchful eye of our experienced and innovative coaches. Each session will be followed by a timed workout with no lanes and no walls. Improve each week!
Participants should be able to float. If you don't know how, we'll teach you! Wetsuits, pull buoys and fins are allowed!

All levels are welcome! The training will take place at the Municipal Pool. Learn what it takes to make it in the open water, prepare for upcoming races or just try something new!
