The Sprint Triathlon is a 750 meter swim, 15K bike, 5K run in scenic, rural Pine Hollow. The Pumice Man is an Double Triathlon, which is a swim, bike, run, swim, bike, run. Both races start together, but instead of running through the finish, the Pumice Man participants run to the water to do all three legs a second time.
FALL SPECIAL: SIGN UP BY DEC 31, 2011 FOR $20 OFF. Early Registration Fees from Jan 1 to March 31, 2012: $50 for the Sprint Triathlon ($40 for USAT members), and $60 for the Pumice Man ($50 for USAT members).
