Who: All kids ages 7-15. There will be three divisions, 7-9, 10-12 and 13-15. What: 7-9 yrs will swim 50 yds/bike 1.86 miles/run .62 miles 10-12 yrs swim 100 yds/bike 3.1miles/run 1.24miles 13-15 yrs swim 200 yds/bike 6.2 miles/run 1.24miles
Packet pickup starts at 7:00am. 7-9 yrs race starts at 8:00am the 10-12 race begins 10minutes after the completion of the first race, and the 13-15 race starts 10 minutes after the second race finishes

TRAIN SMART MULTI SPORT CLINIC - SUNDAY JULY 22nd CLINIC 8AM - NOON Conducted by Nancy McElwain, owner of Train Smart Multisport and one of the top triathlon coaches in the area. Nancy will cover the basics of triathlon including practice of swimming, biking, running, and transitions. Clinic to be held at race venue at Tom Sawyer Park.
