Start your morning with a brisk 500 meter swim in beautiful Kaneohe Bay, followed by a fast paced 11.1 mile bike ride around MCB Hawaii Kbay, finishing with a scenic 5K that ends at Dewey Square. This race is open to the general public.
Race categories are as follows: Indvidual Active Duty, Civilian Active Duty, 3-person Relay Active Duty, 3-person Relay Civilian. Awards will be given to the top three finishers for each individual age category and the top three relay teams. For more information please contact 254-7590.

Entry Fee
$40.00 individual military; $60 relay military; $60 inidividual civilian; $80 relay civilian. A $10.00 late fee will be applied after Friday, 3 August 2012.
T-shirts
Shirts are not guaranteed if registering after Friday, 3 August 2012.
Packet Pick up
Packet pickup will be on Thursday, 9 August 2012, at Island Triathlon and Bike (IT&B) from 1000-1700, and at the Semper Fit Center on Friday, 10 August 2012 from 0900-1600.

Online registration closes Wednesday, 8 August 2012 at 1600 HST.
