The Hump Day Hustle is Perception Multisport's group run workout. The Hustle will consist of a variety of intervals, speed rep's, hill repeats, and tempo running. All workouts will include warmup, form drills, and stretching. This hustle is for runners and triathletes with at least one year of consistent running experience.
The summer session begins Wednesday June 6th and will run 12 weeks through the end of August (no session July 4th). The time is 5:45am sharp, and will be over by 6:45am sharp. Location is Harmony Middle School at the corner of 143rd and Switzer in Overland Park. Please bring nutritional items. If you utilize a variety of running shoes you will want shoes for both the track and asphalt. Cost is $75 for 12 sessions. If you want to start mid-session, we will be happy to work out a pro ration.
