Additional Information

Is this a Total Immersion class?

No. Although some of the TI drills will be used. This course is about tweaking your existing stroke rather than creating an entirely new one.

Is this class specifically for triathletes?

Yes. We will work on some techniques that will make you faster at your next triathlon such as sighting and swimming fast at the same time, swimming powerfully to get out of tight spots, effective buoy turns, along with stroke mechanics.

Should I bring a triathlon wetsuit?

You are welcome to bring your wetsuit but it is not necessary.
