Team CWW Triathlon has partnered up with Iron Girl to provide a Bike Handling Skills Clinic followed by a practice ride of the 17.2 mile bike course. Traci Brown, 3-Time US National Collegiate Cycling Champion and multiple Team CWW coaches, will be presenting basic bike maintenance, tire changing tips, bike fit, climbing, descending, cornering, braking and rules of the road.
