The 2 hour swim workshop is a "crash course" in freestyle swimming efficiency for competitive, recreational, and fitness swimmers and triathletes. This is the quickest, most effective way to learn the essential skills and proper technique of swimming. Open to participants with no prior formal swim training or intermediate students wanting to brush up on their skills.
Clinic will include:
- Individualized stroke instruction
- Enhanced technique and coordination
- Improved balance, alignment, rotation and the reduction of drag
- Teaching of drills to help common problems
- Instruction on swimming specifically for triathlons
