The Cranberry Trifest Sprint race will be on Saturday, 8/25/12, at 8AM with the Kids Duathlon following at 12pm. Good old Cranberry Trifest Olympic will be Sunday, 8/26/12, at 8am followed by a delicious catered meal, live music, an awards ceremony, giveaways and more.

Cranberry Trifest Sprint
The Cranberry Trifest Sprint is Saturday, 8/25/12, starting at 8am. The Sprint swim is a 0.5 mile loop in Loon Pond at the Ted Williams Camp in Lakeville, MA. The 14 mile bike course winds through Lakeville, Berkley and East Freetown. The 3.1 mile run is through subruban neighborhoods. Breakfast food (i.e. bagels, bananas, muffins, etc.) is included after Sprint race.
Cranberry Trifest Olympic
The Cranberry Trifest Olympic is Sunday, 8/26/12, starting at 8am. The swim is a 0.9 mile loop in Loon Pond at the Ted Williams Camp in Lakeville, MA. The 26.3 mile bike is a scenic ride that takes you past cranberry bogs, farms and water views including the Pocksha Pond Causeway. The run course is 6.2 miles of tree lined roads and more cranberry bogs. There will be 1 water bottle exchange on the bike course and aid stations at every mile on the run rourse with enthusiastic volunteer support.
The King and Queen of Cranberry Trifest
We invite athletes up for the challenge to race both the sprint and the olympic distance race. The male and female with the best combined time for the two races will be crowned the King and Queen of Cranberry Trifest 2012 and receive special awards and prizes from our sponsors.
Cranberry Kids Duathlon
Registration is now open! The Cranberry Kids Duathlon is a run-ride-run event. Kids age 5-14 run approximately 0.5 miles, then ride along offroad trails for about 1 mile and then run the same 0.5 mile run course onto the finish. ALL KIDS MUST WEAR A HELMET WHEN ON THEIR BIKE AND BIKES WITH TIRES THAT CAN HANDLE RIDING OVER GRASS, GRAVEL, TREE ROOTS AND ROCKS ARE REQUIRED. The bike course is all off road.
Weather Policy
Race management reserves the right to cancel all or part of the race for weather related or other safety reasons. In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions or acts of God beyond our control a partial credit towards the 2013 race would be offered.
Registration Fee Reimbursement
In partnership with 365Competitors, we are excited to offer athletes the Registration Fee Reimbursement service. This service is an insurance program that offers you a 100% refund of your registration fee if you get sick or injured prior to race day. Register by December 31, 2011 and Sun Multisport Events will cover the incremental cost of this service. Thereafter, athletes will have the option of purchasing this coverage for an incremental fee during the registration process.
