A Sun Multisport Events production and developed in partnership with the Westborough Rotary Club, the Westborough Sprint Triathlon is based on the grounds of Westborough State Hospital adjacent to Lake Chauncy in Westborough, MA. The event features a 0.25 mile lake swim, a 14 mile bike and 3 mile run which is mainly offroad around scenic Lake Chauncy.
The Westborough Sprint Triathlon is produced by Sun Multisport Events, the same event management team behind the Patriot Half, Whaling City Triathlon, Cranberry Trifest and Multisport World Conference and Expo series. A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to many of the charitable causes and community initiatives supported by the Westborough Rotary Club.

The swim
A 0.25 mi. swim in the friendly waters of Lake Chauncy
The bike
Ride a single loop 14 mile course which rolls through Westborough, Marlborough, Southborough and Northborough MA. This is a rolling but gentle course.
The run
The 3 mile run encircles Lake Chauncy for the most part, on leg friendly dirt roads and trails.

Set up for the Westborough Sprint Triathlon is on the grounds of Westborough State Hospital on Hospital Road off Lyman Street in Westborough, MA.
Extras
All participants in this event will receive a dry-wicking technical t-shirt, commemorative water bottle and finisher medal. About the Beginner Wave
The beginner wave is for athletes new to the sport of triathlon and prefer to be grouped with others like them. The Beginner Wave will be the last wave sent into the water to start the race.
