5K race on a flat course through Carmel, IN. The annual race, walk, and spinal health fair benefits research, education, and patient advocacy to improve spinal health care.
Race Day Registration & Packet Pick Up: 7:30-8:30 am; 5K Race starts at 9 am; 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk starts at 10:00 am; 8:00 am to 11:30 am – Spinal Health Fair & Kids Corner

Spinal Health Fair & Kids Corner
Join us on race day for the on-site Spinal Health Fair. This fun-filled community event is open to all ages, from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Festivities include music, exhibits, refreshments, and free giveaways.
