Come run along the river in Ellijay and support the Boys and Girls Club of Gilmer County by participating in the THREE RIVERS 5K and 1 MILE FUN RUN. The double loop course will be run on the paved trails and service roads along the river. A portion of the route will be on crushed gravel. Packet pickup and race day registration will begin at 5PM at the Boys and Girls Club.
Awards will be given to the Overall Male/Female and 3 deep in standard age groups beginning with 10 and under to 75 and over. The 1 mile fun run will be timed and awards will be given to age groups 5 and under, 6-9 and 10-13. Finish line management and results provided by Classic Race Services with results posted to www.classicraceservices.com, www.active.com, www.runningintheusa.com and www.coolrunning.com.

This year the race is part of the 2012 Black Bag Race Series.
Shirts and Goodies
Shirts are guaranteed to pre-registered runners and will be given to race day registrants while supplies last. There will be plenty of water, snacks and ice pops after the race.
