Whether you are considering trail racing for the first time or are an experienced runner, we promise you a rewarding race in a beautiful environment. Right in the midst of Riverside State Park and minutes from downtown Spokane, Washington is a small piece of trail running paradise.
Directions:
The 25K Fun Run which is the first loop of the 50K. If you have ran the 25K before this will allow you to do a different route. No winners but prizes and shirt for everyone who finishes. Times will be recorded but everyone is a winner.
From Interstate 90, take the Maple Street Bridge exit, Exit 280. Go north across the Maple Street Bridge, and angle left at the fourth signal light about two miles beyond the bridge. This puts you on Northwest Boulevard. Follow the Boulevard, with beautiful views of the park below, until it becomes Assembly. Stay on the road another mile north until it ends at Francis/Nine Mile Road (Highway 291). Turn left onto Nine Mile Road, and go northward. Stay on Nine Mile road until you come to Seven Mile Road. Take a left on Seven Mile to cross Seven Mile Bridge. Turn left immediately after crossing Seven Mile Bridge, the parking will be clearly marked.
