Run for God
Get fit mentally, physically & spiritually. Join our 12 week training program & prepare to complete your first 5k race while maintaining a Christian focus. Ages 6+ are welcome. Weekly Mtgs: 30 mins of Bible study, 30 mins discussion of a running topic, followed by 30 mins of training. Cost: • $21 Student book/family due by June 10, 2012. • $25 registration fee for race (due by September 1st) Walkers are encouraged to participate. Call to sign up & order your student book.
Montgomery 5k River Run
After 12 weeks of training, you will run your first 5k along the beautiful Fox River as you run the Montgomery 5k River Run.
