Join us for the 30th Annual Run Around the Square! First 3/4 miles of 5K through Regent Square streets with plenty of friendly cheers. Second 2 1/2 miles through Frick Park trails. 1.5 mile Fun Run/Walk through streets of Regent Square. Both courses USATF sanctioned.
NEW IN 2012 - NO WALK-IN REGISTRATION FOR ANY EVENT! THERE IS NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION! THE 5K RACE WILL BE CAPPED AND CLOSED AT 1,500 PARTICIPANTS OR AT MIDNIGHT, AUGUST 22, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. REGISTRATION FOR THE 1.5 MILE FUN RUN/WALK WILL CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT, AUGUST 22. YOU CANNOT REGISTER FOR THE 1.5 MILE FUN RUN/WALK BY PAPER OR ONLINE AFTER MIDNIGHT, AUGUST 22. All registered participants receive a t-shirt. T-shirt sizes are not requested during registration since the shirt order is placed months in advance. Participants will request t-shirt sizes at packet pick up. Walkers with dogs will receive a dog scarf. Packet and chip pick up will be held August 23 and 24 from 6-8 PM or Saturday, August 25 from 7-8:45 AM at the Wilkins School Community Center, 7604 Charleston Street. The event uses disposable chips.
