Get your parachute pants ready. The ’80s Retro Run 5K at Sloan Lake in Denver is a celebration of acid washed jeans, banana clips, big hair and all other kinds of kitschy, ’80s nostalgia. After the race, participants will enjoy an ’80s festival with music, a costume contest and break dancers. All participants will receive a Retro Run Shirt —and proceeds benefit Colorado Youth at Risk.
