Walk, jog, or run a mile and help local Bay Area charities. It's that simple Sign-up and 15% of your entry fee goes to a vested Bay Area Charity. Another portion of your entry fee support local running programs. Use this classic distance to train for longer races. Use mile time as an indicator or cardiovascular health. Get your friends to sign-up and create a Champions for Charity team and help those in need. It's only a mile, and it's for a good cause!
Walk, jog, or run one mile for charity. Easy to complete, challenging to perfect. Participants grouped by time. Starts at 9:00 AM and ends at noon. Final schedule comes out on June 13 at www.MileUSA.com. Participants will be run by seed time. Awards in over 50 categories include U10, 10-19 (each year), 20-85+ (every 5 years) in both genders. Medals to the winners. Race day entry is available for an additional $5/entry. Sign up before June 9 to avoid the paper work and save!
