MPS invites all runners and walkers to join us for the 5th Annual Run Back to School on Saturday, August 25, 2012 (rain or shine). Sign up for this event to enjoy a 5K run or 1.5 mile walk through Washington Park, followed by post-race refreshments, DJ entertainment games and healthy resource exhibits. All event proceeds will support MPS Youth Sports programs. Event registration includes event t-shirt, race bib and race bag with giveaway items to be distributed on the day of the event.

Parking
Free parking is available in the MPS Central Services parking lot located at 5225 W. Vliet Street. Please arrive early as road closures begin at 8:30 am to ensure course safety!
Awards
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards will be given to the top male/female adult and youth finishers for the 5K run. Every child will receive a participation medal.
