A beautiful course. Views of the Blue Mountain, 5 creek crossings, 2 historic bridges, and running down a picturesque road bordered by farms and animals grazing in green pastures. Start by running through the historic Kreidersville Covered Bridge and upon your return dash through the KCB one more time to the welcome finish line. The KCBA will provide water and light baked goods and fresh fruit after the finish. Professional timers. Complimentary KCB TShirt or collectible KCB Patch. Prizes.
For those familiar with the 5k the 10k obviously doubles the distance and it also adds another incline (when the 5k turns right the 10k turns left and goes to top of the hill, gradual grade). The hills are predominantly front-end loaded. Please check the elevations map.

EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION BONUSES!
REGISTRATION BONUSES!: By registering "EARLY-BIRD", on or before April 30, 2012, there are two bonuses: First, SAVE $10 off the late and day-of-race registration fee, and second, have your choice between a race TShirt or a race Tank Top or a collectible KCB embroidered patch (see photos as available). USPS mail paper registrations must be postmarked on or before April 20, 2012, in order to qualify as an early-bird registration.
STANDARD REGISTRATION FEES AND TERMS
Online registration from May 1, 2012, through May 23, 2012, and USPS mail paper registrations postmarked during the same period are considered STANDARD registrations and the standard fees for both the 10k and 5k are $25 each. LATE REGISTRATION FEES AND TERMS:
All registrants, whether online between May 24, through May 30th, or by USPS mail postmarked between May 24, 2012, and no later than May 29, 2012, shall incur a late registration fee for both the 10k and 5k of $30. Any registrations received after the above dates are considered late and shall be registered on day-of-race. All registrants during the late period will receive a race TShirt IF AVAILABLE. To guarantee your TShirt register early. Collectible KCB patches will be available. Thanks!
RACE DAY REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Remember, online registration closes 11:59p.m. on May 30, 2012. USPS Mail Registrations must be postmarked on or before May 29, 2012. DAY-OF-RACE REGISTRATION OPENS Saturday, June 2, 2012, at 7:30 AM and CLOSES 8:45 AM. T-shirts based on availability for late and day of race registrants so please register early. NO MAILING OF SHIRTS OR AWARDS. MUST BE PRESENT TO CLAIM PRIZE AT DRAWING (done by bib number).
ELIGIBILITY-AGE
Children under 10 can register free on day of race accompanied by a paying adult for the 5K only. Children under 12 are ineligible for the 10K due to the length of the race. Parental waivers required for minors participating in the KCB Challenge.

Made exclusively for the KCB Challenge. SEE PHOTO. Finish Line and Aardvark gift certificates will go to the overall #1 and #2 male and female 10K and 5K winners along with a fused glass medal.
Raffle Items
Other items will be added to a post-run drawing won by bib numbers. Everyone has a chance but must be present to win. No mailing of awards. The KCB Festival Basket Raffle will be open at 11 on Saturday if you want to buy tickets---no need to be present on Sunday to win but you must pick up the prize.
