Get active now and take the 1st steps towards improving your health & wellness. In joining the FOGO Sports, you will embark on a journey that will improve your fitness, strength, and overall wellness. The program is designed for beginning walkers and runners and will provide guidance in making lifestyle modifications that will leave you feeling healthier and fitter than ever! The final destination of this journey will be your crossing the finish line at the 2012 ING Miami Half Marathon!
The FOGO Sports Training Program will begin with an Introductory Day on Saturday, October 8th at the Mary & Dave Alper JCC in Kendall. All training sessions will be done in a socially supportive and motivating team environment with longer training sessions on Saturday mornings and an additional cross-training workout Monday evenings at Tropical Park.
