Thank you to everyone who helped make the 3rd Annual DI Dash 5K Walk/Run a tremendous success. With the support of our 600 participants and sponsors, we were able to proudly hand Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta a check for $35,000 to help continue the great work it does for our community. This year, we are looking forward to making the DI Dash bigger and better than ever. We look forward to seeing you there!
Once again, the DI Dash is a certified Peachtree Road Race qualifier and new this year, in addition to the 1K fun run, the race will be chip timed. All participants will receive a technical moisture wicking T-shirt. Registration begins at 6:30 a.m. and the race will begin at 7:30 a.m. The Fun Run will begin at 8:30 a.m. Awards will be announced and prizes will be drawn following the Fun Run. Race timing: Enjoy the best runner experience with disposable-tag timing by DS Timing Services. With no separate chip distribution line to wait in, enjoy a hassle-free race. Awards: The top 3 male and female overall winners will receive a plaque. The top three in each age group will receive a medal. Fun Run participants receive a ribbon. Cost: $20 until May 31, $25 from July 1-August 24 and and $35 on race day. The Fun Run is free. The DI Dash is a family-friendly event. Earbuds/heaphones and Baby joggers (strollers) are permitted, but we ask that you use these with caution and prioritize all runners' safety over your finish time. Race-day registration is welcome.
