Coached by Celia Dubey, USAT Duathlon National Champion 2007 and 5th in the world. We GUARANTEE that your children will have fun TRI-ing at our clinic! Each day will consist of practical training in each discipline, core training, stretching, strength training using their body for resistance, and a fun activity. The children will learn about bike maintenance including fixing a flat tire, as well as nutrition, hydration, heart rate or perceived exertion training, speed work and drill work.
Please bring swim suit, goggles, bike, helmet, running shoes and smile!
