Packet Pickup October 25th at Monroe YMCA between 4-7pm.
8am Race Day Registration and Packet
Pick-up at Lake Tye Park
10am - 5k and 1.6k Start
11.15am Kiddie Dash
10:30am - 12pm - Post Race party at Lake Tye Park
Awards, Prizes, and Raffle
Ribbons will be awarded for the top three male and female finishers in each age division including 1.6 mile and Kiddy Dash. Prizes to be announced on race day for the overall male and female 5K winners.
One raffle ticket will be included with each registration. Drawing will be held at the post race party so make sure join the fun after your run.
The Monroe Y and Seattle Childrens Hospital developed the ACT program for children and teens ages 8-14 who have a BMI greater than the 85th percentile. The program teaches parents and children nutrition and exercise habits that enhance their well-being. The 12-week program is free to participants and each family also receives a 12-week YMCA membership. Pledge using the form to the right. Donations may be made at the event.
T-Shirt
Free T-Shirt with entry to the first 300 people registered. Shirt not guaranteed for late registrations.
Strollers
Due to the width of the trail, strollers are allowed for the 5K race and 1.6 mile run/walk, however they must stay at the back of the line.
Timing & Results
Event timing is provided by BuDu Racing.
Preliminary results will be posted within a few
minutes of all competitors finishing the 5K course.

Additional Information
Registration of Children 6-15
Children of ages 6-15 will be charged their age in dollars to enter either the 1.6k or 5k races. Please register at the YMCA.
Kiddie Dash
Children ages 3-5 can enter the Kiddie dash for free, if they want a T Shirt it will be $6. Please register online.
