Weekly Program

This comprehensive 12 week course for women only includes instruction and workouts in the three sports of triathlon. Information is provided on technique, nutrition and hydration, injury prevention, mental training and more. Instruction in all three sports. Program includes 2 weekly coach led training sessions and training schedule to follow..Participants also receive a 80 page triathlon manual, goody bag and discounts to our sponsors.

Who We Are

The TriDivas are the LONGEST RUNNING All Womens Triathlon Training group. This training program is open to women of all ages and all ability levels. We promote the sport of triathlon among women by encouraging, educating and empowering the female athlete.

About the Coaches

The Long Beach TriDivas are coached by 10 time Ironman, 2 time Ultraman competitor and 2005 Team USA member Kelly Clancy, A Level 2 USAT triathlon coach, Kelly has 22 years of triathlon experience and 18 years of professional coaching. TriDivas also welcomes Coach Chris Cox to its team of great Coaches.

The Race

This 12 week training program targets Encinitas triathlon. There are two distances available: The approximate race distances are a 1/4 mile swim, 6 mile bike and 2 mile run OR 1/2 mile swim, 12 mile bike and 3 mile run. There is also a duathlon if you are not ready for the swim yet! Duathlon is a 1 mile beach run, 10k bike and 2.5k run.

When We Meet

We meet for two Coach led training sessions per week on Thursday nights, generally at 630PM and Saturday mornings at 800AM. Locations vary, but we meet mainly in the Long Beach/Seal Beach areas.

Early registration $350 by January 15th. Late registration $395.
